TKDL Outcomes against bio-piracy

United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)

After conclusion of the Access Agreement with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, citation of TKDL references as prior art have led to significant strides towards achieving the goal of preventing misappropriation of Indian Traditional Knowledge.
